Introducing the EdgeTier MCP Server.

We’re giving every EdgeTier customer free access to our MCP server URL, a single endpoint that connects your EdgeTier data to any LLM you choose. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, your own internal AI agent, whatever your team is building with, EdgeTier now plugs straight in.

What is it, exactly?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the emerging standard for connecting AI models to live data sources. Tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Notion, and HubSpot all expose MCP endpoints today. We’re doing the same.

Once connected, you can describe what you need in your own words, and your tool can query EdgeTier directly, pulling metrics, surfacing anomalies, analysing contact reasons, reading transcripts, and reviewing agent performance, all in real time, using your EdgeTier data scoped securely to your account.

What can it do?

Once an LLM is connected to your EdgeTier MCP, it can:

  • Query your metrics: interaction volumes, handle times, CSAT, NPS, Experience Scores, and frustration rates, across any date range, sliced by contact reason, agent, team, channel, or time period.
  • Explain anomalies: retrieve the statistically significant spikes and drops that EdgeTier has already flagged, then dig into the conversations driving them.
  • Surface themes: use EdgeTier’s AI-powered Spotlight to understand what customers are actually talking about within any group of interactions, without reading them one by one.
  • Find specific conversations: search by keyword or phrase, pull full transcripts, and drill into interaction-level metadata when a closer look is needed.
  • Review agent and team performance: access scorecard results, pass rates, evaluation details, and reviewer comments alongside volume and quality metrics
